A very comfortable retreat situated high above the Pacific Sea sitting within it's own secluded 9.5 acre estate.

The house is a 5 minute drive west of Haliewa Town and 56 miles from the airport. It is reached by a mile long private road lined with Hibiscus, Palms, Banana, Bird of Paradise, Avocado, Mango and Orange trees.

The breathtaking 180 degrees view spanning the Pacific seascape from the town of Waialua in the east to the Koolau west is one of the most beautiful on the North Coast.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by our staff members.
Once you've had a welcome drink, they can discuss your dietary requirements, your needs during your stay and how the house operates. They will also take care of the weekly food shopping expedition for you, if you give them the necessary funds. In our experience groceries & Food for 4 adults & 2 children averages about  100.00/US$ weekly. Obviously wine, other alcoholic drinks and more exotic foodstuffs will alter these estimates. There is a very good supermarket at the foot of Pupukea Hill and another good one in Haleiwa.

Rates:
  $550.00 per night
50% due at booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Holiday rates are higher.

Sorry no pets.
