| Kawela Bay Estate has been designed to take maximum advantage of its location in this privately gated Hawaiian community. It is located adjacent to Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Oahu. The hotel offers a horseback riding stable, restaurants, tennis and a golf club in addition to 800 acres of pristine natural beaches and coves. The home is situated on a large 11,500 sq ft lot. Wide lanais traverse the entire ocean-bay front on both stories of this special home. It is surrounded by water everywhere. The living, dining, and entertainment areas upstairs are wide open. With large glass sliding doors and windows you can enjoy the expansive cooling breezes of Kawela Bay. The designer kitchen has been thoughtfully planned with a pass though to an outside BBQ deck, adjacent to the dining room. The deck is built overlooking the palm trees surrounding the fish natural to the Hawaiian lagoon. Elegant flagstone fossil paving allows easy maintenance, indoors and out. Kayaks, boogie boards and a hot outside shower are available for your enjoyment. The upstairs of the home can be rented separately, or along with the downstairs. To enhance the romantic atmosphere, there is a double jacuzzi tub and a two--sided fireplace between the master bedroom and bath. Wake up to the sunrise over the ocean and bay. In addition, the master bath has a glass block shower separate from the jacuzzi area, which extends to the fireplace hearth. Beaches and Bay are picture perfect. |

UPSTAIRS:Per Night: $350, for 2 people + $25 per extra person. Minimum 3 night rental. DOWNSTAIRS:Per night: $250, for 2 people + $25 per extra person. Minimum 3 night rental. The downstairs has been designed to accommodate corporate owners. It features a large master bedroom and bathroom with bath tub. The living room, and an additional double day bed and bathroom open to the bay side. There is a lock off from the upstairs entrance. The kitchen is small but complete. ALSO AVAILABLE - STUDIO APPARTMENT:The studio is an additional bedroom and bathroom (with bath) at the
end of the home. The studio locks off for a maid-caretakers unit with a
convenience kitchen and small bar fridge. Also available: Rent entire home. All units connect and can be opened offering 2 1/2 kitchens and 4 1/2 baths. Holiday Rate: Add $100 per night per floor with a one week minimum. Monthly rates available. |
